Eligibility

Employees who worked as an SDR in California have an eligibility period from Oct. 29, 2021, through Nov. 19, 2025. Employees who worked as an SDR in New York have an eligibility period from Oct. 29, 2019, through Nov. 19, 2025. The class includes an estimated 135 individuals based on Dynatrace’s employment records. For those who held multiple eligible job titles or worked in more than one state, the settlement administrator will combine their total eligible workweeks for the purposes of calculating their award.
