How much can class members get? The total settlement fund is $360,000. After deductions for attorneys’ fees and costs, service awards and settlement administration expenses, the settlement administrator will distribute the remaining amount among eligible class members. The amount each person receives depends on the number of weeks they worked as a store manager or assistant store manager during the covered period. The payment calculation is as follows: Each week the class member worked in an eligible position during the relevant period counts as one point.
