Eligibility

The settlement covers nearly 100,000 Club One members. How much can class members get? The total settlement fund includes $800,000 in comp dollars, which the administrator will distribute equally among all qualifying members who do not opt out of the settlement. Each class member will receive an equal share credited directly to their Club One account. The comp dollars are nontransferable and valid for nine months from the date Circa Hospital Group credits them to the member’s Club One account. There is no cash payment; the award is in the form of comp dollars that the class member can redeem at Circa, The D or Golden Gate for food, meals or nonalcoholic beverages.
