Eligibility

The class includes individuals who received a notice from Alta Resources Corp. indicating a November 2023 data breach may have impacted their private information. How much can class members get? Class members may claim one of two types of reimbursement: Expense reimbursement : Up to $2,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses, such as: Losses due to identity theft or fraud Fees for credit reports, credit monitoring or freezing/unfreezing credit Costs to replace IDs Postage to contact banks or other institutions by mail Alternative cash payment : A one-time pro rata payment estimated at $50.
