Class members are current or former residents who lived in any of the following mobile home parks in New Mexico at any time from Feb. 7, 2016, through Sept. 5, 2025: Aztec Village Village Park Longview Tierra West Estates South Pointe Village Van Cleave Place How much are settlement payments Cash payment: Eligible class members will receive a cash payment from the net settlement fund estimated at $199.24, depending on the number of valid claimants.
