Following the announcement, Judge Rodgers vacated deadlines in the first bellwether case, which had been scheduled for trial in December 2026. The court also postponed a hearing concerning the admissibility of plaintiffsβ causation evidence from June 24 to July 27. The terms of the Pfizer Depo-Provera agreement have not been disclosed.
