How much can class members receive? The total settlement fund is $490,000. After court-approved deductions for attorneys’ fees, litigation expenses, administration costs, service awards and penalties to the state, the settlement administrator will distribute the remaining fund (approximately approximately $313,750) to eligible class members and aggrieved employees.
