Eligibility

The total settlement fund is $1,400,000. The amount each person receives depends on the number of workweeks or pay periods they worked and the total number of eligible participants. Individual class payments : The settlement administrator will distribute individual class payments to all participating class members based on the number of weeks they worked during the class period. It will divide the net settlement amount (after deductions) by the total number of weeks all participating class members worked, and each member will receive a share proportional to their own workweeks.
