Teofilo Overdraft Fees Settlement

Eligibility

Class members must meet the following criteria: C-Plant Federal Credit Union charged them one or more overdraft fees between July 14, 2013, and Aug. 25, 2025. The overdraft fee or fees were for a signature-based debit card transaction that C-Plant authorized on sufficient funds and settled in the authorized amount. How much are settlement payments? Pro rata cash payment: Eligible class members will receive a cash payment from the net settlement fund. The settlement administrator will determine the payment amount by the number of qualifying overdraft fees the individual class member paid.
