Eligibility

Class members are individuals employed as nonexempt employees for AT&T Mobility Services, New Cingular Wireless PCS, AT&T Enterprises (formerly AT&T Corp.), AT&T Services or AT&T Inc. in Washington state at any time between July 11, 2022, and May 6, 2026. How much are settlement payments? Pro rata cash payment: Eligible class members will receive a pro rata cash payment. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the total number of weeks worked during the qualifying period.
