Eligibility

Class members must meet the following criteria: They received a call on a cellular number from The Money Source or an entity acting on its behalf. The call used an artificial or prerecorded voice. The Money Source or an entity acting on its behalf placed the call after the recipient requested it stop calling their cell phone as recorded in the company’s business records. The call occurred between Feb. 6, 2019, and May 7, 2025. The Money Source listed the phone number on the document TMS005442, which is part of its business records. How much are settlement payments? Pro rata cash payment: Eligible class members will receive a pro rata cash payment from the net settlement fund for each qualify
