On April 27, 2026, Maximus learned of a security incident involving the Nebraska Provider Data Management System (PDMS), which the company operates for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Medicaid Operations. The PDMS is used to enroll healthcare providers who serve Medicaid enrollees in Nebraska.
