Eligibility

The class action settlement benefits individuals whose personal information was compromised in the Avis data breach that occurred between Aug. 3 and Aug. 6, 2024. Potential Award Up to $5,000 for out-of-pocket losses or a pro rata cash payment. Proof of Purchase Documentation of out-of-pocket expenses, such as credit card statements, bank statements, receipts, bills and invoices.
