Eligibility

Class members are individuals residing in the United States whose private information the October 2025 data incident involving Regional Urology and Ochsner LSU Health potentially compromised. How much are settlement payments? Class members have the following benefit options: Out-of-pocket losses : Class members who incurred actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the data incident can claim reimbursement for up to $5,000. Eligible expenses include losses from identity theft or fraud, fees for credit reports or credit monitoring, costs to replace IDs and postage for contacting banks.
