How much can class members receive? Class members who submit a valid claim are eligible for two types of benefits: Cash compensation: Each eligible class member can claim a cash award estimated at $25. The settlement administrator may increase or decrease this amount depending on the number of valid claims submitted and the total settlement fund remaining after it deducts attorneys’ fees and expenses, service awards and administration costs. Credit monitoring services: Eligible class members can also claim 24 months of credit monitoring and identity theft protection services, which include coverage through all three national credit reporting bureaus.
