How much can class members get? The amount each class member receives depends on how many people submit valid claims. The total settlement fund ranges from a minimum of $261,184.38 to a maximum of $367,500. Each participating class member will receive an equal share of the net settlement up to a maximum of $5,000 per person after deductions for administration expenses, attorneys' fees and costs, and service awards. If 74 or fewer people (about 50% of the class) submit claims, the settlement administrator will distribute the minimum fund of $261,184.38 equally among eligible class members up to the maximum.
