Eligibility

How much will settlement payments be? Class members have the following benefit options: Partial reimbursement for past out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs: Class members who experienced a wire harness issue between two and seven years after the refrigerator in-service date can submit a claim to receive a partial cash reimbursement of the repair or replacement cost. Two to four years from in-service date: Class members can claim 75% of the repair cost if they notified Whirlpool of the wire harness issue, 65% of the repair cost if they did not notify Whirlpool of the wire harness issue, 50% of out-of-pocket replacement cost if they notified Whirlpool of the wire harness issue or 45% of o
