How much can class members get? Each eligible class member who submits a valid claim will receive an estimated $75 payment. The gross value of each approved claim is $113.40 before deductions. However, the settlement administrator determined the final payment amount by subtracting each class member’s share of attorneys’ fees and settlement administration expenses from the gross value.
